Order Compliance

Orders that do not meet minimums will be adjusted or, if necessary, cancelled.

Payment Terms

First orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Returning customers have 30 days to settle invoices.

Invoices can be settled easily by bank transfer — all payment details will be included on your invoice.

Late Payments

The Bear Days reserves the right to revoke 30-day payment terms if there are multiple overdue payments.

Ownership of Goods

All products remain the property of The Bear Days until full payment has been received.

Returns & Damaged Goods

All wholesale orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped. 

All products are checked carefully before dispatch and are packaged with great care, but if you receive items that are faulty or damaged, please contact hello@thebeardays.com within 5 days of delivery.

Any faulty or damaged products will be replaced promptly.

Turnaround & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving your order and/or payment (if required). Please allow up to 7 working days for larger orders that may exceed our available stock. Any changes to our usual turnaround times will be always communicated prior to dispatch.

All wholesale order within the UK enjoy complimentary shipping.

Complimentary shipping applies automatically at checkout once the minimum order value has been reached.
